The 17th Annual GWAA Picnic

Will be held on Saturday, September 25, 2010
at Ft. Hunt Park, Pavilion A, Alexandria, Va.

PICNIC ACTIVITY TIMES

 

 
Registration: 11:00 am - 12:30 pm
  * WALK-UP Picnic Registration and Name Tag pick-up is between 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Picnic Day.
* Pre-printed name tags must be picked up at the registration table before going through buffet food line.
   
Other Activities: 12:00 noon - 5:00 pm
  Valuable Door Prizes,  Music, Memorabilia, 50/50 Raffle, Antique Auto Display and Softball Equip. and Horseshoe Pitching Equip. will be Available,  - Those interested in participating in the show, by driving their Antique vehicles to the Park, please email Dave Beach as soon as possible.
   
BBQ Buffet: PROMPTLY BEGINS @ 12:30 pm and lasts until 2:30 pm

PICNIC MENU
Caterer: American Bar-BQ and Catering, Inc.
  • BBQ Chicken Wings, grilled on site
  • Corn Cobettes (small corn on the cob)
  • Tossed Green Salad w/ Assorted Dressings
  • Beverages: Iced Tea and Lemonade
  •  Spare Ribs, grilled on site
  • 4-Bean Salad
  • Creamy Cole Slaw
  • Minced Pork BBQ
  • Baked Beans (Vegetarian)
  • Rolls and Butter
  • Desserts Cookie Tray

PICNIC COST:

NOTE: The Actual Total Cost of the Catering is NEARLY $18 per person. This year, as we have over the past NINE years, the Association substantially subsidizes the picnic price for our CURRENT GWAA MEMBERS (PAID-UP) .
 

GWAA MEMBERS: Please print, fill it out and mail in your PICNIC REGISTRATION FORM  with your  payment BY Sept. 9, 2010 - OR - it will cost you $3.50 more.
It MUST be POSTED no later than Thursday, Sept. 9, 2010 and RECEIVED by us by Friday, Sept. 17, 2010. 

Cancellations AFTER Friday, Sept. 17, 2010 are not refundable.
